If a student didn't receive the initial email or accidentally deletes their initial e-mail they simply need to log on to the website http://unitedtraining.books24x7.com/ and click on the login tab at the top of the screen and then select "forgotten your login information?" This will then resend the login information to their e-mail address they originally subscribed with. Will personal information be shared with others?	Student data is not sold to other companies - students will only receive limited marketing material from books24x7.
What e-mails will a subscriber receive from books24x7?	Students will receive 3 e-mails. The first e-mail welcomes the student to books24x7. The second e-mail reminds the student their subscription is about to expire.The last e-mail tells the student they have only a few days left on their subscription. Students may also receive e-mails notifying them when new books on topics of their choice have been added.
Can subscribers stop receiving e-mail notifications?	When students are initially setting up their defaults in books24x7, requesting or denying notifications is an option. Students may change any original settings by accessing their Profile.
