The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) is a framework of best practice approaches intended to facilitate the delivery of high quality information technology (IT) services. ITIL outlines an extensive set of management procedures that are intended to support businesses in achieving both quality and value for money in IT operations. These procedures are supplier independent and have been developed to provide guidance across the breadth of IT infrastructure, development, and operations.

What's new in ITIL v3?
Version 3 focuses on the integration of technology and the business and includes more than previous versions about bottom-line topics such as return on investment (ROI) - a sign of the cost-conscious times.

ITIL Expert Certification
Cert is achieved by accumulating credits through the first three levels of the ITIL V3 qualifications scheme. No exam required, but must have 22 credits with balanced selection from both modules in intermediate level.

Foundation - 2 credits
Managing across the Lifecycle - 5 credits
Capability Modules - 5 credits each
Lifecycle Modules - 3 credits each

Anyone holding a V1 or V2 Managers Certificate (17 credits) and passes V3 Managers Bridge Exam (5 credits) can also obtain ITIL expert cert.

ITIL Masters ("Advanced") Level
This level leads to an ITSM Professional Certification. To gain ITIL Masters, one must have ITIL Service Management Expert Cert, and demonstrate and pass the peer evaluation exam.

How does the TEST PASS GUARANTEE work?
We are confident in our ITIL training that we guarantee you a passing score! If you fail the first time around, the next exam is on us!

Terms & Conditions:

Student must have been registered for the class and sit the exam at the end of the class on the last class day (the student can’t finish class and take exam at later date somewhere else).
If student doesn’t obtain a passing score, he/she must submit your exam results.
The Re-take of the v3 Foundation exam must happen within 20 days of the original exam date (last day of the class).
It is recommended, but not required, that student participates in a conference call with the instructor for additional test prep prior to the re-take of the failed exam.

Prior to your ITIL training, we ask that our clients submit answers to a high level questionnaire regarding their ITIL experience. This helps us understand and prepare for your specific class to have the most efficient training.

This allows the instructor the information needed to understand the relevant experience of the class and deliver the class geared toward your companies needs.
