The QS Live Setting
Typically, you'll attend a QS Live class at the
QuickStart Training Center location that is most convenient for you. The classrooms in our locations contain special equipment and software to connect you to the live class at another location. Often there will be other students participating in the same location with you. |

QSLive places you virtually in a real-life instructor lead classroom. During your class, you will be able to ask questions, get instant feedback from the instructor, and recieve hands-on experience through specialized labs in which the instructor can assist you interactively. QSLive uses two types of software to deliver the best live online experience: Microsoft Lync Conferencing and Citrix GoToMyPC.

You'll be able to: - View the Instructor's Presentation
Using Lync Web conferencing, you can see the instructor's desktop as he or she steps you through demonstrations or displays PowerPoint presentations. These images are displayed on an additional monitor or projection system in your classroom.
- Listen and Participate
Because of Microsoft Lync, you can listen to the instructor and participate just as if you are in a regular class.
- Get help from the Instructor
Remote Desktop software enables the instructor to access to your computer and view your desktop. Should you need it, the instructor can take control of your computer during the class to provide help.
- Have Face-to-Face Interaction
We didn't forget the human touch. We've added web cameras to the classroom so you can view your instructor. And of course, if there are others attending at your location, you'll be able to interact with those students.
