QSLive is designed to bring the benefits of traditional instructor-led training without having travel to a QuickStart training facility. If participating from in your training from Home or Office is right for you, we will provide you with all the information you need to get set up for your class. Please note: typical setup time is less than 15 minutes. When you attend a class from your home of office you'll be using remote desktop technology to control a PC in the live classroom. So even if you don't have the course software, you can still participate. At a minimum, you'll need the following components: A computer running Windows XP A high speed internet connection - DSL, cable, or faster A speaker phone or hands free headset for your telephone (toll-fees may apply) A quiet interruption-free environment (Optional) A dual monitor configuration - second monitor with desktop extended across both screens.
