• Be a manufacturing firm
• Generate at least 25% of your revenue from outside of California

To be eligible for this training program an employee must:

• Be employed full-time (35 hours/wk)
• Have worked full-time for 90 out of the last 180 days
• Earn a minimum wage; minimum wage requirements vary by county (e.g., $11.74/hr in Orange Co., $11.92 in LA Co., $10.98 in Riverside Co., $10.98 in San Bernardino Co., $11.18 in San Diego Co., $11.41 in Sacramento Co., $11.98 in Santa Clara Co., $11.98 in Marin Co.)
• Commit to completing training
• Stay on the job for 90 days after completion of training
