ABOUT THIS MONTH'S PRESENTER
Benny Ayalew is currently a Sr. II Technology Specialist focused on Microsoft’s rapidly growing System Center suite of solutions for enterprise management. As a technical pre-sales consultant, Benny actively works with locally based Bay Area Microsoft customers to identify, understand and resolve some of the most complex of their challenges through established methodologies such as the Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) which is based on ITIL.

Benny joined Microsoft in 2001 as a Technology Specialist for Content Management and SharePoint Portal Servers before shifting his focus to management solutions. He also facilitates the local Bay Area System Center user group (BASC) which meets semimonthly at the Microsoft Technology Center in Mountain View.

Prior to Microsoft, Benny was an R&D Engineer at Hewlett-Packard’s OpenView software division where he focused on IT asset management product which integrated into the OpenView suite of products. Between HP and Microsoft, during the ‘.com era’ Benny had a brief stint at a startup company called Support.com as a Sr. Systems Engineer; the company is still operating successfully today.
