Imagine the ability to take the technical training you need in an instructor-led classroom environment with other IT professionals like yourself, without having to travel to a training facility. Welcome to QSLive! QuickStart's exclusive collaborative distance learning solution providing you the training you need when and where you need it. Through QSLive, the QuickStart classroom experience can be delivered to you at your work, home, or a local QuickStart training facility. No software to install. No elearning. Through your PC you work on the same labs as your peers, see the same slides, and can interact through audio conferencing with the live instructor-led classroom. Corporate Resource Guarantee is our commitment to protect your training investment. If a company-sponsored student leaves the company within one year of attending a QuickStart's public course, you may send another employee to the same QuickStart's course, on a space available basis, for just the cost of courseware. Companies must meet specific requirements. Contact your account manager for details.

Course Retake Lifetime Guarantee
Course Retake Guarantee is our commitment to flexibility and knowledge transfer. Once you enroll and attend a QuickStart's public course, your staff may retake the same course at no charge, on a space available basis, for any reason whatsoever. If a course has a version upgrade you would only need to purchase new courseware.

Version Upgrade Guarantee
Version Upgrade Guarantee is our way of helping you keep up with rapidly changing technology. We will give you a substantial discount if any course your staff attends is upgraded within 9 months. The revised course will be discounted, based on the amount of time elapsed since the first attend, as follows: 0-3 months, 90% discount, 4-6 months, 60% discount, 7-9 months, 30% discount.

Vortex customers will have greater access to the strategic partnerships QuickStart's Intelligence has with organizations like Microsoft, Large-Account Resellers (LARs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Systems Integrators.
Vortex customers have access to new training services like TechMentor, individual and organizational assessments, and QuickStart's award-winning complimentary events on the latest and greatest in IT.

What stays the same?

Some members of the Vortex team you have grown to know and trust will be joining QuickStart's Intelligence.
You will continue to receive the highest levels of customer service in the industry.

What will change?

Beginning Immediately

As a courtesy to Vortex customers, QuickStart will honor your Vortex pre-paid training vouchers, packages, and passes through June 30, 2009 toward Microsoft and Application training through two special offers:
1. Vortex pre-paid training vouchers can be redeemed for 80% of their value at QuickStart Intelligence. Prior to attending class the remaining 20% of the value of the class enrollment must be paid and the physical Vortex training voucher issued must be turned in or provided prior to the first day of class.
2. Vortex customers with pre-paid training vouchers who purchase QuickStart's QuickTickets pre-paid vouchers before June 30, 2009 will receive "Dollar-for-Dollar Voucher Matching" up to the total value of Vortex pre-paid training vouchers still remaining.
  - For example, if your organization has $100,000 in Vortex pre-paid training vouchers remaining, and you purchase a new package of QuickStart's QuickTickets worth $100,000, QuickStart will honor your $100,000 of Vortex vouchers.
  - Prior to attending the first class the total matching value of all remaining physical Vortex training vouchers must be turned in or provided to QuickStart's for the credit to be reflected on the account.
Billing and invoicing for all training scheduled through vortexlearningsolutions.com, vortexls.com, vortexdata.com after January 1, 2009 will come from QuickStart's Intelligence.
