If a company-sponsored student leaves the company within one year of attending a QuickStart public course, you may send another employee to the same QuickStart course, on a space available basis, for just the cost of courseware. Version Upgrade Guarantee
Version Upgrade Guarantee is our way of helping you keep up with rapidly changing technology. We will give you a substantial discount if any course your staff attends is upgraded within 9 months. The revised course will be discounted, based on the amount of time elapsed since the first attend, as follows: 0-3 months, 90% discount, 4-6 months, 60% discount, 7-9 months, 30% discount.
Course Retake Lifetime Guarantee
Course Retake Guarantee is our commitment to flexibility and knowledge transfer. Once you enroll and attend a QuickStart public course, you may retake the same course at no charge, on a space available basis, for any reason whatsoever. If a course has a version upgrade you would only need to purchase new courseware.
Cancellation-Free Schedule is our commitment to ensure you are provided the training course you registered for - No Exceptions. If QuickStart is unable to deliver the course you have registered for via QSLive or in-person, you will receive both a refund of your course fees as well as a free training course of equal or lesser value.
