Your spouse has to be an active military officer if you want to get MyCAA funding. There is a list of associate programs issued by MyCAA, and you can choose only from that list, although there are some exceptions. MyCAA is a great program for military spouses who want to go with portable careers.

  • Dependents Education Assistance Program

Dependents Education Assistance (DEA) program is a funding program for military spouses who want to continue their education or want to get any job training. In this program, they offer fee payments for up to 45 months for any kind of education, such as a degree, certificate, or apprenticeship.

You can even go for some of the list courses if you are eligible and the spouse of an active militant. But it is not only for the families of active militants, as the program is also offered to the spouses of militants who lost their lives in the line of duty.
