About This Exam:

The MALC (Managing Across the Lifecycle) Assessment is required for all who wanted to establish the ITIL Expert certification and is valued Five points. The exam incorporates the ITIL Capability and Lifecycle training courses which contributes to the ITIL Expert credential. This test will be the last step towards the ITIL Expert certification.

Targeted Audience:

The targeted audience of this exam is the following group,

  • IT professionals
  • Senior IT managers
  • IT operations practitioners
  • Chief Information Officers
  • IT development practitioners
  • IT managers and supervisors
  • Candidates pursuing the ITIL Expert in ITSM certificate

Prerequisite:

  • Applicants who intend to be qualified and evaluated for this certification should have two credits already from the ITIL Foundation credential and have earned an average of Fifteen additional credits to a total of nearly 17. ITIL Intermediate Certificates that receive 15 credits. Certain credits through previous ITIL qualifications and additional credentials may also count towards 15 credits. ITIL Expert Certification holders in Management of IT Services are indeed eligible. Applicants for the MALC classification must provide evidence of all credits.
