The instructor was great! Technologically the video conference and labs all worked great! My problem is with the scheduling of the class. "Guaranteed To Run" it says, but what it doesn't say is in what time frame. I signed up for this class nearly, if not more than, a year ago and it was repeatedly postponed and rescheduled at the last minute...like days before the class. I was beginning to wonder if I would ever receive the training that was paid for in advance. That is just not acceptable. I registered for this class because we have a business need for me to know the technology that it covered. We were rolling out a Microsoft Certificate Authority and already had Active Directory Federation Services in place and I needed to know how to administer these services. I signed up for the class in advance so that I would be prepared; however, after repeatedly being rescheduled I ended up doing the research and teaching myself. So at this point, although the content of the class was well done, I already selftaught myself on 99% of it and so there is very little value in the time that I've spent, and the investment my employer made. This is not my first bad experience with QuickStart, and I'm fairly certain that I will be recommending a different training provider in the future as I can't, in good faith, go to my employer again knowing that I may not receive the training in a timely manner. Thank you Robert Spangler
