About this course:

Most of us don’t know about PRINCE2. Well here is the brief look on what PRINCE2 is. PRINCE2 (an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a de facto process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is also widely recognized and used in the private sector internationally. The PRINCE2 method is in the public domain, and offers non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management. This could be as part of a formal project management function or a role in which project management is an inherent part of day-to-day work. The actual purpose for this course is to prepare our students for the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam
