This five day instructor led troubleshooting Cisco telephony course has been designed to introduce students to multisite video and voice networks, and help them troubleshoot Cisco Expressway series, Cisco VCS-C, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Being a comprehensive course on troubleshooting, the Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony and Video course focuses on providing students with the knowledge to perform integrated system fixes, and equips them with relevant information and details regarding troubleshooting methodologies, resources, and tools.

The intermediate level course covers a variety of topics including troubleshooting for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Mobility Features, Call Setup issues, Cisco TelePresence Management Suite, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and VCS Control and VCS Expressway making it the ideal IT ops training for troubleshooting media resources and voice issues. The training program can also help students prepare for the Cisco 300-080 CTCOLLAB exam.

    I cannot connect to my lab. Help!
