Points are earned through posts, replies, reactions, event RSVPs, and live attendance. Levels update automatically and are visible on your profile. Each level unlocks new community features — from moderation tools to AMA eligibility.

Cohort spaces are provisioned automatically at enrolment — no manual setup required for students. Instructors and programme admins are added as moderators by default and can customise space settings before the cohort starts.
Community standards are enforced by a combination of automated rules and human moderation. Admins can remove content, restrict members, and manage space access. Trusted and Champion-level members can flag content for review.
