What happened to the IronCircle Platform?
The IronCircle Platform is no longer available and will not be returning to service.
QuickStart understands the disruption and frustration this has caused for students. We anticipated that the platform would remain available throughout students' remaining access periods; however, the circumstances that resulted in the platform becoming unavailable were outside of QuickStart's control.
While QuickStart cannot restore access to the IronCircle Platform, we are committed to helping eligible students continue their educational journey through available transition opportunities.
Why is QuickStart involved?
As part of the January 2026 agreement, QuickStart agreed to support a teach-out process for eligible students who were actively enrolled in programs previously offered through IronCircle.
As part of that teach-out agreement, QuickStart was provided access to educational content and lab assets to support students in the event a transition became necessary.
Our goal is to help eligible students continue progressing toward their educational and career goals.
Am I eligible to transition into a QuickStart program?
Students who had active access remaining when the IronCircle Platform became unavailable may be eligible for placement into a comparable QuickStart educational offering.
Students who wish to be considered should complete the transition interest process or contact:
transition@quickstart.com
Each situation is reviewed individually.
What will be different about the QuickStart experience?
The primary difference students will notice is the learning platform itself.
QuickStart uses a different learning platform than the former IronCircle Platform, so the user interface, navigation, and overall look and feel will be different.
Students should expect some differences in how content is organized and accessed.
However, the educational experience itself should feel very familiar.
Are the labs the same?
For most students, the lab experience will feel very similar to what they previously used through IronCircle.
Students will continue to have opportunities to practice hands-on skills through lab environments designed to support the same learning objectives and career-focused outcomes.
Is the content the same?
Much of the content and many of the learning objectives will be familiar.
As part of the teach-out agreement, QuickStart was provided access to educational content and lab assets so that students could continue their learning if transition options became necessary.
The content has been prepared and organized within the QuickStart learning environment, which means students may notice differences in presentation, structure, and navigation. In many cases, material is organized into modules rather than the structure previously used within IronCircle.
Why can't I be placed exactly where I left off?
Unfortunately, when the IronCircle Platform became unavailable, QuickStart lost the ability to access student progress information, completion tracking, and other academic records maintained within that system.
As a result, we are unable to reliably determine exactly where individual students left off within the platform.
Rather than attempting to recreate potentially inaccurate progress records, students will receive access to the QuickStart learning pathway and can continue focusing on the topics and skills most relevant to their learning needs.
Does this mean I have to start over?
Not necessarily.
While we are unable to transfer platform progress data from the former IronCircle Platform, the learning experience is designed to be flexible and self-directed.
Students are not required to move through content in a strict linear sequence. If there are topics you have already mastered, you are welcome to focus your attention on the areas where you need additional practice, reinforcement, or preparation.
Many students find they are able to move quickly through familiar material while concentrating their efforts on the skills they still wish to develop.
Why did it take time to make this available?
Following the unexpected loss of access to the IronCircle Platform, QuickStart needed time to prepare the educational content, labs, support resources, and platform infrastructure necessary to deliver a quality learning experience through the QuickStart environment.
While the underlying educational assets were available through the teach-out agreement, significant work was required to organize, configure, test, and deploy those resources within the QuickStart platform before students could be onboarded successfully.
Our goal throughout this process has been to provide students with a stable and effective learning environment rather than rushing a transition before those resources were ready.
What support will I receive through QuickStart?
Students transitioning into QuickStart will receive:
- Access to the QuickStart learning platform
- Access to the appropriate QuickStart Slack community
- Associate Instructor support and educational assistance
- QuickStart Technical Support for platform-related issues
Our goal is to provide students with the resources needed to continue progressing toward their educational and career goals.
I recently paid for an extension or my studies were interrupted during an exam. What should I do?
We understand that some students purchased extensions shortly before the IronCircle Platform became unavailable, and others may have experienced disruptions while actively preparing for or taking certification-related exams.
Because every situation is unique, we encourage you to contact:
transition@quickstart.com
Our team will review your circumstances individually and discuss any transition options, accommodations, or support opportunities that may be available.
While QuickStart cannot guarantee a specific outcome, we are committed to reviewing these situations carefully and helping students wherever possible.
IronCircle was supposed to provide an exam voucher, certificate, transcript, or other documentation. What should I do?

My IronCircle access had already expired, but I planned to purchase an extension. What options do I have?
Even if your original IronCircle access period had ended, we encourage you to contact:
transition@quickstart.com
Our team can review your situation and determine whether a transition opportunity or limited access to a comparable QuickStart learning pathway may be available.
Available options will vary depending on the program, timing, and individual circumstances.
I would like a refund for my original IronCircle purchase. Who should I contact?
Requests related to refunds, reimbursements, loan-related concerns, contractual claims, or other financial matters associated with an original IronCircle enrollment should be directed to the party responsible for the original enrollment agreement.
Students may contact:
HUILiquidation@resolutecommercial.com
which is involved in the liquidation process associated with HackerUSA/IronCircle.
QuickStart is unable to process, approve, or deny refund requests arising from original IronCircle enrollment agreements.
If your goal is to continue your education rather than pursue a financial remedy, we encourage you to contact transition@quickstart.com to discuss available transition opportunities.
