This instructor is very knowledgeable and clear in explanations. There may be too many components to being able to access the course, i.e., too many different platforms and accounts to be created. Preparing for the class was cumbersome.

It was very distracting not having the content match the book and what the instructor was using. And that there are no pictures of the data results.

Overall the content (training packet) needs to be more clear and updated for the version of software we use.

The activities don't match the materials as there're different versions. The computer kicks me out multiple times because keyboard is not responding all of a sudden. Can type in notepad but can't do anything in SQL with the keyboard, only the mouse can function.

there was a mismatch in what DB we were referring to in the training material vs what was on the server Self serve and become more proficient in SQL It would be helpful to have a glossary/reference that would briefly describe what some of queries do.for eg. how does SELECT statement function?
