Bootcamp Refund Policy

• Refund Policy: I acknowledge that QuickStart allows refunds only within 14 calendar days from the class start date (the class start date is counted as Day 1). To withdraw, I must notify the Academic Advisor by email at support@quickstart.com or academic.advisor@quickstart.com.
  • a. Withdrawal on or before Day 14: If I withdraw on or before the 14th calendar day, I will be responsible for a 10% non-refundable registration fee. The remaining tuition will be refunded. If I did not pay a deposit or paid a deposit less than 10%, I will owe the balance.
  • b. Withdrawal After Class Start Date: If I withdraw after the 14th calendar day, I will be responsible for 100% of the tuition. No refunds will be issued.

Disclaimer: Refunds are not available after the 14-day period, even if I transfer to another cohort or class session. Transferring does not reset or extend refund eligibility. If a transfer is initiated by QuickStart and outside of my control, the new class start date will be used to determine refund eligibility.

Self-Paced Course Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your course registration up to three days after the course purchase date. Requests for cancellation must be made by contacting QuickStart by phone at 1-855-800-8240 or by e-mail.

The request must be made prior to midnight (Central Standard Time/CST) on the third calendar day of the course purchase date. QuickStart will not grant a refund under any of the following conditions: a certificate has been issued to the student, if course credits have been officially reported, or if the course has been completed.

Virtual Instructor-Led Course Refund Policy

Cancellations made for live classes more than 15 days prior to the start of the course may be eligible for a refund. If the course has been completed, the course is non-refundable.

If you cancel within 15 days of the class start date, the class is non-refundable. You will have the option to reschedule the class at no additional fee, on a space-available basis. Eligible students may only request to defer enrollment to a later course state up to two (2) times. Individuals enrolled in a Master Subscription may reschedule courses as many times as necessary.

If you are unable to reschedule the class, select an eligible alternative course, or the class is no longer offered by QuickStart, a refund will not be provided. If the course(s) include physical or digital materials, you have the option to return such materials and book(s) or keep them at cost. If returned, physical materials must be returned to QuickStart at your expense. Books must be returned in new condition, or the reimbursement will not be processed. Once the physical materials are received, the refund will be processed minus a $25.00 restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Once redeemed, digital course materials are non-refundable.

Subscription Course Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a live class without a cancellation fee up to 15 days prior to the class start date. If you cancel the class within 15 days of the subscription class start date, QuickStart will charge a cancellation fee of 25% the total subscription value. Students will not be eligible to enroll in another class until the fine is paid. Please notify a QuickStart representative as soon as possible if you need to cancel a class. Students Utilizing Military Funding or Called to Active-Duty Service

A student who withdraws from QuickStart because of the student being called to active duty in a military service of the United States or the National Guard may elect one of the following options for each program in which the student is enrolled:

• (a) If tuition and fees are collected in advance of the withdrawal, a pro-rated refund of any tuition, fees, or other charges paid by the student for the program and cancellation of any unpaid tuition, fees, or other charges owed by the student for the portion of the program the student does not complete following withdrawal.
  • (a.1) Pro-rated Refund: If a military student withdraws from a course after the first day of classes but before the 60% completion point of the course, the tuition and fees will be prorated based on the percentage of the course completed.
  • (a.2) Pro-rated determination stands unless otherwise directed by Official Channel (ESO), Military Provider, or Credentialing Assistance Office that was the point of origin of payment.
• (b) A grade of incomplete with the designation "withdrawn-military" for the courses in the program other than courses for which the student has previously received a grade on the student's transcript, and the right to re-enroll in the program or a substantially equivalent program if that program is no longer available, not later than the first anniversary of the date the student is discharged from active military duty without payment of additional tuition, fees, or other charges for the program other than any previously unpaid balance of the original tuition, fees, and charges for books for the program; or
• c The assignment of an appropriate final grade or credit for the courses in the program, but only if the instructor or instructors of the program determine that the student has:
  • (c.1) Satisfactorily completed at least 90 percent of the required coursework for the program; and
  • (c.2) Demonstrated sufficient mastery of the program material to receive credit for completing the program.
  • (c.3) Unless otherwise directed by Official Channel (ESO), Military Provider, or Credentialing Assistance Office that was the point of origin of payment.

Refunds will be consummated within 60 days after the effective date of termination.

Cancellations And Reschedules

QuickStart assumes no liability for any non-refundable costs that the student or QuickStart may incur on behalf of the student, for a class, including personal technology, internet services, and more. Any refund amount due to students from QuickStart will be refunded within 30 business days.
