Explain the configuration of MGCP, Sip, and H.323. The module consists of an explanation on the process of developing dial plans which support inbound as well as outbound off-cluster calling for numbers and URLs.
Explain the different types of media resources that are supported by configuration of CUCM server software-centric media sources, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, along with the deployment of Cisco Hardware-Centric Media Sources.

Yes. Upon completion of the course, it will be available on your course as a Trophy Icon for you to download. I cannot connect to my lab. Help!
Your Lab is accessible on the bottom part of your course. You will see a button that says "LAB". Just click it to launch the lab. Please note that some classes don’t need/require a LAB.
