About this Exam:

The examination is expected to be carried out by technical support practitioners with fundamental knowledge of hardware, software, and OS, who might be already pursuing or filling entry level jobs. In particular, anyone who tries to improve their knowledge and understanding of networking principles while at the same time learning the skills necessary to succeed in administration career or help desk support career, then this examination is for you.

Targeted Audience:

This program is designed for entrance-level tech support specialists with basic grasp of operating systems, hardware, and software, to train for the CompTIA Network+  (Examination N10-007), or those who desire to improve existing understanding and knowledge of networking principles and learn the skills necessary to prep for a position as a network support or admin. An average student pursuing the CompTIA Network+ Exam N10-007 should have at least 9 months or above of the experience in computer tech support as a Computer or help desk professional. The networking expertise is beneficial but not necessary; A+ qualification or similar knowledge and skills is valuable but not compulsory.

Prerequisite:

• General understanding of networks.
• CompTIA A certified or have knowledge of CompTIA A+.
