To earn an ACMT, you would have to pass two exams. The Apple Service Fundamentals(SVC-19A or SVC-18A) and ACMT 2019 Mac Service Certification (MAC-19A).these are the prerequisite for the ACMT course. They have to clear these exams before attempting the ACMT exam. IT training courses are not only available but come highly recommended. Other credentials of interest include the HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA), HDI Support Center Team Lead, HDI Technical Support Professional (HDI-TSP), HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR) and HDI Support Center Manager.

The course is formulated for professionals working in support centers and call centers.HDI-CSR is targeted to the people who give support to the end-user and have soft skills for communication.

The certification made it into top 5 certification for help desk in 2017 but lost some points in 2018 but make a comeback with substantial numbers in 2019 again. This makes it a compelling candidate for 2020.

But the benefit is that you can only get the lessons that are relevant to your job. That's how you wouldn't have to buy the whole lesson package, and you would be able to save money.
