Instructor knows their stuff!The instructor seems to really know the material e.g. definitions, models, etc. However, he could greatly benefit from making the presentation more focused on the critical information rather than trying to cover it all too quickly. While I understand that there is a lot of content, delivery must be targeted and understandable and unfortunately the training was very difficult to follow. Specifically, he could benefit from speaking more slowly, using pauses to allow for participants to absorb information, and using period checkpoints and summaries to bring participants back to the ITIL/ITSM framework and where they are at within it.
