About this course:

Implementing Cisco IOS Network Security (IINS) is an instructor-led, 5-day course, delivered by Cisco Training Partners, to channel partner customers and end users. The training content emphasizes the design, monitoring, and implementation of a comprehensive security policy, utilizing Cisco IOS security features and tech, as an example. The course encompasses Cisco IOS device security controls and functional intros of the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA). Through hands-on lab exercises, lectures and instructor-led discussion; the course will allow students to perform fundamental tasks, such as securing smaller branch office networks, through the use of Cisco IOS security features, which are available via GUIs (Cisco Configuration Professional) and CLIs on Cisco routers, ASAs, and switches. Additionally, the course will help learners prepare for the Cisco 210-260 IINS exam.
