About this course:

A scrum project owner is the main stakeholder of the project. The owner should have a clear vision of what they aim to achieve or build and then convey it to the development team. Having a clear vision is the key element for successful agile software.

A product owner is also responsible to maximize the value proposition of the product as a result of the development team. However, the process is variable among different organizations. This depends on the process that the IT team or the Development team follows.
